Carriage

All orders for catalogue items will be despatched on a 3 day carrier at a fixed charge of £15.00 regardless of the total weight. Shipping for overseas orders will be calculated according to the delivery address and the total weight of your purchase. If you are ordering from overseas please order your goods in the normal way and we will contact you to inform you of the applicable shipping rate.

Overnight carriage will be charged as follows.

• Next day £17.00 plus 0.41p per kg over 25kg

Small Orders

We do not operate a minimum order charge but please note unless collected all UK orders will be charged carriage at the standard fixed rate. We regret we cannot send goods by post as experience shows we have no control over non deliveries.

Payment terms

Payment with order - we accept all major credit cards online or by calling +44 (0)121 783 8118. Payment terms for approved accounts strictly net 30 days.

Return of Goods

Goods cannot be accepted for return without prior agreement. Any returns will be subject to a minimum charge of 20%. The return of couplings specifically manufactured to customer's requirements will not be accepted.

Discrepancies

Must be reported within seven days of receipt of goods.
